This is a beta — tell us what you find
MyBodyPrism v1.1 is a free beta, running until July 1, 2027. That means it is genuinely early, and your report is how it gets better. Two things we want to hear about:
- Bugs. Anything that crashed, rendered wrong, or refused to open a scan. Tell us what you were doing and what happened — and, if you can, the make of the scanner or the kind of study.
- What you wish it did. The view you went looking for and couldn't find, the step that took too many clicks, the thing you expected to be there. Feature requests from beta users shape what ships next.
That opens an email to support@mybodyprism.com — the same address the viewer's own feedback option uses. Nothing is collected automatically; we only see what you choose to write.

MyBodyPrism isn't available to download yet. The viewer is in final testing. The answers below describe how it works at launch — join the waitlist on the download page and we'll email you the moment it's ready.
How do I install the Desktop Viewer?
Download the installer from the download page (the download starts right in your browser). Run it; on first launch the viewer activates a free license automatically — no code needed.
What are the system requirements?
See the system requirements page. Short version: Windows 10/11, an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or better, 16 GB RAM, 5 GB free disk.
Does it cost anything?
No — MyBodyPrism is free in this version. There's no charge, so there's nothing to buy or refund. See the Terms of Service.
Is it really free? How long does the beta last?
Yes — v1.1 is a free beta. No charge and no payment details. Every beta licence carries the same end date, July 1, 2027, and we can't promise the viewer will be free after that: we may introduce paid features in the future and would give registered users notice first. Browser-based streaming, when it arrives, will be a paid feature.
I moved to a new computer — how do I get my license there?
The free license is issued per machine. On a new machine, just download and launch again to get a fresh free license. Reinstalling on the same machine keeps your existing license. Any trouble — write to support.
Does my imaging leave my machine?
No. MyBodyPrism is a desktop viewer that runs entirely on your machine, with no upload and no AI processing — your DICOM files never leave your computer. The only network calls it makes are to activate and verify your license. See the Privacy Notice.
Why does Windows SmartScreen warn me about the installer?
New code-signing certificates can take a few weeks to build reputation with Microsoft SmartScreen. If you see a warning, click "More info" → "Run anyway". The installer is digitally signed by MyBodyPrism; we'll have full SmartScreen reputation soon.
I forgot my account email or lost access to it.
Write to support from whatever address you have, with as much purchase detail as you can provide (approximate date, last four of the card you used). We'll verify and migrate your account.
Is MyBodyPrism HIPAA-compliant?
In this version your DICOM data stays on your device, so there is no PHI for us to hold and HIPAA does not apply to us in that relationship. See our HIPAA notice.
