HIPAA Notice

Effective date: August 7, 2026 Applies to: MyBodyPrism v1.1.0 Owner: Bolthouse Labs, Inc.

No Protected Health Information (“PHI”) is transmitted to or processed by Bolthouse Labs in this version.

MyBodyPrism v1.1 is desktop-only and local-only: the Desktop Viewer runs entirely on your own computer, and your imaging never leaves your device. No feature of the Service transmits your scans, or anything derived from them, off your machine.

Because no PHI reaches our servers, Bolthouse Labs does not receive, create, maintain, or transmit PHI on anyone’s behalf and does not act as a HIPAA Business Associate in connection with MyBodyPrism v1.1. We are not a Covered Entity and do not provide healthcare services.

The Viewer’s only outbound network calls are to activate and verify your license — these send a hashed machine ID and your activation/trial details, never your imaging. The limited, non-PHI account information we do collect (email address, payment metadata, machine-ID hash) is described in the Privacy Policy.
