This Cookie Notice explains how Bolthouse Labs, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at https://mybodyprism.com (the “Site”).
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy. For details on how we handle the data we collect via cookies, see the Privacy Policy.
1. The short version
- We use only first-party functional cookies required for the Site to operate.
- We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site tracking, or session-replay tools.
- We do not use analytics cookies.
- The cookie banner that appears on Your first visit asks for Your consent to non-essential cookies. You can change Your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the Site footer.
2. What is a cookie?
A “cookie” is a small text file that a website places on Your device when You visit. Cookies allow a site to remember Your preferences, recognize You between visits, or measure traffic.
We use the term “cookie” loosely to also include similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels, beacons), though this Site uses only standard cookies and localStorage for cookie-consent state.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Site to function. They cannot be disabled.

3.2 Analytics cookies
We do not use analytics cookies. If that ever changes, this Notice will be updated and, where required by law, Your consent will be obtained before any analytics cookie is placed.
3.3 Marketing / advertising cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not run third-party advertising on the Site, and we do not use retargeting pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.).
4. Your choices
4.1 Cookie banner
On Your first visit to the Site, You see a cookie banner asking for Your consent to non-essential cookies. The banner offers three choices:
- Accept all — consent to strictly-necessary + (future) analytics cookies.
- Reject non-essential — only strictly-necessary cookies are placed.
- Customize — choose specific categories.
Your choice is stored in mbp-cookie-consent for 12 months. You can change Your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the Site footer.
4.2 Browser controls
Most browsers allow You to:
- Block all cookies (may break the Site);
- Block third-party cookies (no effect — we don’t use any);
- Delete cookies on close;
- Show a notification before placing a cookie.

4.3 “Do Not Track”
We honor the legacy “Do Not Track” browser setting by treating it as a “reject non-essential cookies” preference.
4.4 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable under California, Colorado, and Connecticut privacy laws.
5. Third-party services and cookies
Where the Site embeds or links to third-party services (e.g., Stripe Customer Portal at billing.stripe.com), those services have their own cookie practices. We do not control third-party cookies. Examples:
- Stripe: places cookies on its own domains (e.g.,
billing.stripe.com) when You access the Customer Portal. Subject to Stripe’s Cookie Policy.

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and in the cookie banner if the change requires renewed consent.
